The rain will start from Jeju in the early morning hours and expand nationwide by late afternoon.
The northern regions will see a maximum of 20 millimeters while Jeju and the southern coast can expect heavier rain with thunder and lightning.
The morning lows are warming up,... Seoul will begin at 16 degrees Celsius, while Gyeongju will be 9 degrees.
Even with the rain, the highs will still linger within the low to mid-twenties,... Seoul reaching 25 degrees.
