Drivers not getting full savings despite dramatic drop in fuel prices

Although fuel prices have dropped dramatically because of the pandemic experts say drivers are still missing out on far bigger savings.
The AA's found that petrol prices have fallen 11p a litre in the past month, but the wholesale cost of fuel's dropped by much more than that.
