This is the moment a British driver with a prosthetic arm was arrested after crashing into a row of parked motorcycles injuring several pedestrians. The motorist, who has not been named, lost control of his black Toyota 4x4 and crashed into the bikes in Pattaya, Thailand, on Tuesday afternoon.
