Drift Stones

Drift Stones, also known as The Sisters or Triganeeris Stones, are two ancient standing stones in a field next to the A30 just outside the village of Drift, near Penzance in Cornwall.
A legend says that the two stones were sisters who did not go to church on a Sunday. These stones are more to do with Paganism though, not Christianity.
The stones are around 8 foot high and are 18 feet apart.
