Dr Ong: Open tender for future infrastructure projects, ECRL an exception

Speaking to reporters after a forum by the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Dr Ong Kian Ming said all future projects under the Pakatan Harapan government will be done by open tender, including those with China.
