Dr Julian Spinks on why learning CPR makes a difference in saving lives

The Kent Public Health Observatory says cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks currently kill 1 in 3 people in the UK.

In response, the British Heart Foundation is working to map every defibrillator in the country to make it easier for passers by to help.

But what can you do if you're not near a defibrillator, and is learning CPR still a useful skill? We were joined by Dr Julian Spinks to talk more about this topic.
