Dr John Celes - Happy Wedding Anniversary

A special day to think about
The glory of how days had passed;
A special day to rest at last,
The woes and doubts about life past!

A special day to thank the Lord
Jesus, for bestowing blessings;
A special day to give the nod
For grace that prayer in life brings!

A special day to be afree
Of worries that the past had brought;
A special day to be happy
About God’s mercies you had got.

A special day to just rejoice
And stay in cloud nine for some time;
A special day of feats and poise,
And singing some nursery rhymes!

Most special day is ‘Wedding-Day’;
The heart is full of green-memoirs –
When children try to love repay,
Grand-children sing angelic-choirs!
