DPWH will remove "epal tarps" before Pope's arrival

Big tarpaulins are visible around as the Pope's arrival gets near. However, these tarpaulins feature the faces of the politicians who have made them. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will remove these "epal tarps" before the arrival of Pope Francis. The Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said that the Pope prefers to see images of Jesus Christ, Mama Mary or any other saints instead of his own.
