Hypocrites line the back row
and pass out condemnation like candy.

Pills: M T W Th F S
and even sabbath.
Ditch sermons for fishing,
and skipping rocks.
Gladiators with pigskin,
and black friday stampedes

Every surface stuffed with soleless mannequins,
fashioning the banners of freedom.
We make up plastic faces
swallowing nude images without chewing.
A libido with ADHD
and a 50 cent diploma.
I'm glad to be expatriate.

The Dream is overrun by the complex
military industrial
Prize ourselves so much on individuality.
This country full of sheep.
Trying to be the same different as everyone else.

This country of immigrants that hates immigrants.
It is not a crucible, but a mosaic.
Politicians fighting like children
who can't share a toy.

The stomach expands to to match our appetites
to please our obese ambitions.
This is our contribution to the Earth.
