Ingredients

200 Grams of Brazil nuts
100 Grams of macadamia nuts
250 Grams of halved pitted dates
1 & 1/4 Cups of mixed dried fruit
Grated zest of one lemon
2/3 Cup of self raising flour
3/4 Cup of sugar
2 Eggs
2-3 Tablespoons of alcohol
150-200 Grams of glazed cherries
