Doug Bri - My Black Eye

Tether ball that’s all im going to say
One bad swing left my eye swollen this way!
It was a best 2 out of 3 game and we were tied.
The ball was in her court but she slipped and I saw the ball fly!
Straight and true thanks to that rope around and around we saw it go
It flew so I jumped in its path and instead of my hands my eye caught it instead
That is why I am sitting down with a cut of frozen pork on my tender eye
