Double solar m-flares blast massive coronal mass ejection
Description
Sunspot AR3078 blasted a pair of m-class flares that generated a huge coronal mass ejection on Aug. 17, 2022. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) and the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) captured the fireworks.
SDO also captured a pair of m-flares on Aug, 18.
