Czech group 'Atlantis' consisted of founder and guitarist Stanislav Regal, singers Hana Ulrychových and her brother, Peter, guitarist Ivo Křižany, keyboards Jaroslav Vraštil and Vladimir Grunt on drums. The clip is from the Czech film "Path That Leads Nowhere". Made during the soviet era, The Path That Leads Nowhere is composed of music videos which connect absurd scenes.
