We were struck in an instant, a single moment by the Thunderbolt
Our lives intertwined, nothing but each other, finally we were free
Everything was perfect, only each other, true love was real and bold

All the people see us loving, they're in awe, what true love
Every single moment desperately longing, yearning, oh just to see
All of my dreams came true, it was a gift truly from heaven above

Only one time did we fight and not see eye to eye
It blew up quickly, I was a fool, yelling causing her to flee
Stunned, shocked, empty, my true love gone how could this be

God has chosen me, blessed me, allowing all of my dreams to come true
See I'm Jacob with all his blessings, so with me One and one is three
Completely lost, disheveled, why does it feel that nothing's for real without you

Dazed, confused, shaken to my core, where do I go from here
My heart, my love, my soul, tormented violently as they're shaken like the sea
Oh how I yearn for her, praying endlessly, can't stop as loneliness is my fear
