WOMAN REVEALS HOW SHE MISSES BEING FAT AFTER LOSING 63KG

This woman has claimed that being bigger made her feel safe and that loosing 63kg has made her more of a target.

She has shocked the internet by telling how her life was better when she was heavier, she looked back on her life before and described her weight as a defence mechanism.

When Talking about her fitness journey Liza Pasquale, 31 from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, said: "sometimes I miss being overweight.

"Now that I’ve lost weight, I have a fear of being alone, when I was overweight no one could kidnap me."

Liza told how she misses the independence and solitude she found when overweight, claiming people used to ignore her and that’s how she liked life.

Being overweight taught her to enjoy her own company and she how sometimes find social interactions overwhelming.

She also misses the freedom she used to have before she started counting calories, however losing weight has not ripped all the joy from her life.

She explained how being big made her uncomfortable, she was always hot and had a sweating problem.

Liza says she wouldn’t change her weight loss journey and she knows she can still enjoy all things in life, just with control and moderation now.

She said: "I miss having thicker hair.

"I miss not always being cold but being hot was a lot worse.

"I had a sweating problem.

"I miss people not wanting to talk to me, now that I'm in a smaller body people talk to me all the time.

"I miss eating without care, sometimes I miss it all the time. I can still eat all the things; I just know my boundaries now.

"I would still choose the way that I eat now and the way I feel now.

"Now I’m in a smaller body I’m more aware of the danger of being alone.

"I would not change my weight loss for the world."
