Do Flushable Wipes Actually Dissolve?

There are HUGE differences between brands! I started off trying to determine if personal wipes were safe for an RV septic system, but we quickly realized these results apply to ANY plumbing system, whether in your RV or home. Some of the wipes tested seemed completely safe, and some wipes I wouldn’t try to flush down a meat grinder. In short: some dissolve, some don’t... AT ALL.

We tested the following brands:
Scott
Charmin
Cottonelle
Up & Up
Equate
Natracare

This experiment is an extension of our earlier video, using the same method, where we tested toilet paper for dissolvability. We used the winner from that test as our gold standard in this video. You can find that video here:
