SPA IN A JAR
Coffee Sugar Scrub
Facial Oil Moisturizer with Sunscreen
Bath Salts
Nail Polish
Nail file
Nail Buffer

COFFEE SUGAR SCRUB

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup ground coffee
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 Tbls nutmeg
1/2 Tbls cinnamon
Containers

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Add olive oil and mix with a fork.
3. Spoon into an airtight container and seal.

FACIAL OIL MOISTURIZER WITH SUNSCREEN
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. pure, organic Argan oil
15 drops of Frankincense oil
10 drops of Lavender oil
5-10 drops of Carrot Seed oil
Small bottle

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add 15 drops of Frankincense, 10 drops of lavender and 5-10 drops of carrot seed oil to 2 oz of Argan oil. Store in a cool, dry spot.
2. Use morning and night after each facial wash, or as needed.

BATH SALTS
INGREDIENTS
Epsom salt
grapeseed oil
essential oil of your choice (We chose grapefruit!)
measuring cups
mixing bowl
mixing spoon
jar with lid
small ice scoop

INSTRUCTIONS
For every cup of salt add 1/4 cup of grapeseed oil and 3 drops of essential oil. Mix and scoop into jar.
