Disney Names New CEO
Description
Disney named Josh D'Amaro as CEO, succeeding Bob Iger at the annual shareholder meeting. D'Amaro, former head of Disney Experiences, highlighted Disney+ as the company's digital centerpiece and flagged the upcoming Hulu integration. Iger stays on as senior advisor until December 31. Shares are down 10%+ YTD.
