Dislocated Heart - 'Morning '

its five in the morning,
i managed to wake up..
seeing just a glimpse of the moon.
capturing its light at my bed room window.

rub my face with the palm of my hands..
your name appears in the back of my mind.
the sudden cold touch of the floor,
sends shivers down my spine.
i stood from where i slept,
and walked outside..

right by the living room window,
i could see the beautiful sun rise.
the color of the sky, orange-ish purple.. blue.. and clear.

right then.. and there..
i felt the touch of your hand.. slide across my chest..
holding me close as you kiss my neck.

'morning honey..'
as i looked into your eyes..
leaned in to softly kiss your lips..
as you whisper 'morning babe'
