Discovering An Ending & Writing Characters
1 Views • Jun 03, 2020
Description
This will be the back story to Jessica's story - showing what it takes for her to end up working in a dream brothel.
Basically, she will have had a strict religious upbringing, full of abuse and victimisation at the hands of the nuns.
To finish this chapter, I realised that I needed to add some conflict between Jessica and the main nun, as well as to come up with a suitable ending that tied the story back to the dream universe and gave her the ability to become lucid/control dreams.
I came to the idea that she would pray for it.
Not because the power is (necessary) religious in nature, but because the ability to become lucid is based upon will power and desire. By praying for vengeance/the ability to get revenge on her abusers, she is granted power.
I hope to have this chapter completed and uploaded next week, but we will see.
