Digimon World: Next Order Glitch

This is the only time I have consistently run into the same problem in this game.
Boltmon always asks me how much speed one of my partners has, I answer over 1,000, and he says it's wrong. You can clearly see for yourself in the video that my partner's speed was well over 1,000.
This happening to anyone else?
