The Brocken, also sometimes referred to as the Blocksberg, is the highest peak in the Harz mountain range and also the highest peak in Northern Germany. It is part of the Harz National Park and hosts a historic botanical garden of about 1,600 alpine mountain plants. A narrow gauge steam railway, the Brocken Railway, takes visitors to the railway station at the top.
Spanish: El Brocken, también conocido como Blocksberg, es el pico más alto de la cordillera de Harz y también el pico más alto del norte de Alemania. Es parte del Parque Nacional de Harz y alberga un jardín botánico histórico con unas 1600 plantas de montaña alpinas. Un tren de vapor de vía estrecha, el Brocken Railway, lleva a los visitantes a la estación de tren en la parte superior.
