'I love you, ' I say
'Thanks for your courage, ' you respond
Courage? To tell you something about myself?
That's wasn't courage
As easy to tell you as the weather report

Now to tell you that you've infuriated me
That you're hurting me
That I saw you commit that murder
That you'll never own up to

Because your hands are scrupulously clean
So you think
But they're not
They're stained with your own blood
And with mine

THAT took courage!
And I'm still quaking!
