Lungs
Expand your chest and make room for the
Storms
For the torrential flow that will streak your
Face
And render you fearless to stand once again

Run and swell with the crispy breath of
Lightening
Its enlightened ebullience etching on your
Mind
Open up your soul and let in the crack of
Thunder
For the turbulent waves that will rock your
Senses
And churn the old you into a vibrant new

Run...
Run and gasp in painful bursts to bag the hilly
Spirit
Its determined deliverance digging into your
Being
Dilate your veins and make way for a taste of
Freedom
For the tempestuous winds that will blow your
Shackles
And liberate you to what you were meant to be
