I'm standing under the furious sky
Waiting for the sound of your feet
But all I hear is the insistent wail
of the rain(If you can call it that!)
Probably if I look hard I'll find that
you've come and gone...
Those might be your foot prints in the mud & I
know I'm right.
I guess I've missed you just by a minute or so.

I'm standing under the furious sky
Waiting to catch a glimpse of your face
But all I see is the jagged lightening
in the sky(It's more like hell today!)
Probably you had hidden behind that big tree
to surprise me...
Yeah, that might be the whiff of your shadow & I
know I'm right.
I guess I've missed you just by a minute or so.

I'm standing under the furious sky
Waiting for the feel of your hand
But all I feel is the damp cold riding
the wind(I feel it in my knees!)
Probably it was your naughty hand that snaked
my waist just now...
That might be the faint spark of your touch & I
know I'm right.
