Dhanush Wraps Shooting For Atrangi Re

Actor Dhanush recently won the National Award for Best Actor for his role in 'Asuran' and his fans cannot wait to see him in his next Bollywood venture 'Atrangi Re'. The actor recently wrapped the shoot of the film and shared a thank you note.

Sharing a photo with director Aanand L Rai and writer Himanshu Sharma, he wrote,

"Atrangi Re wrapped. Thank you Aanand L Rai and Himanshu. Love you both"

The film is a romantic drama starring Dhanush, Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan. Directed by Aanand L Rai, The film has been produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films. The film will star Sara in a double role with Akshay and Dhanush playing her love interests.

Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar had also wrapped up their shoot for the film recently. This will be the first time Akshay, Dhanush and Sara will be sharing the screen.

The production of the film which went on floors last year had to be stalled because of COVID19. It is now all set to release in cinemas on 6th August 2021.
