DGP: Commandos involved in encounter

The Meghalaya police on Thursday morning said that an encounter was on with the terrorists who allegedly blew up a woman's head for resisting alleged molestation. Meghalaya DGP PJP Hanaman said that the encounter began on Thursday morning after the terrorists involved in the brutal crime were identified.
