Dark skies loom ahead for India's floundering civil aviation industry amid massive losses reported by all but one airline, spiralling costs of turbine fuel and a rising revenue-expenses gap. Two of India's biggest airlines are frailing too. On one hand the Maharaja Air India that once soared tall is set to undergo a trifurcation. On the other, good times have long ended for Kingfisher where employees are demanding payment of at least four months salary immediately out of seven months pay due to them.
