Description
Logs and containers on a freight train near Waimauku, North of Auckland, New Zealand.
Hauled by diesel electric locomotive.
Co Co type wheel arrangement. V12 two stroke diesel.
On my way back from a substation job I was pleasantly surprised to see this train running in parallel with this section of road.
Pity about the shrubs covering the locomotives axles on and off.

I saw DFT 7010 on a 6 car passenger train in Avondale
