Chairman of the Tobago arm of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Curtis Williams, told TV6 News on Thursday, the $260 million allocation for the Development Programme expenditure of the budget for Tobago, is not enough to bolster the development thrust for the island. Mr. Williams spoke with TV6'S Elizabeth Williams.
