Description

These are my first invasions in Demon's Souls ever! I included all the disconnects and off screen deaths so that you are truly immersed but cut out the parts where you have to wait for the host to reach the fog gate of the Monk arena. I died twice, once on purpose because the host was so pathetic I had to give them a win and another time to a host who spammed firestorm.

Build:
Vit:51
Int: 15
End: 25
Fth: 28

Weapons:
Blessed Mirdan Hammer/Adjudicator's Shield. Many weapons can be blessed, the mirdan hammer is a good one to use. Mainly you'll use two handed R1s and running R1s as those are the two best moves the hammer has, alternatively the Blessed Mace before the swamp is a good weapon.

Armor:
Ancient Kings Set. One of, if not the best, weight to defense ratios there is. Like vit, having a good defense is useful for a Regen build or you will have a more difficult time Regenerating.

Rings:
Regenerator's Ring/your pick. The Regenerator's Ring is an obvious choice for the build but many other rings fit the last slot. Foe's Ring is a good pick if you feel your damage is lacking but at 28 fth a blessed weapon does a surprising amount. Eternal Warrior's Ring is another good option, but if you're planning on invading outside of the Old Monk's area then you might want the cling ring.

Spells:
Second Chance. Revives you to half your max HP when taking a lethal hit. Lasts until it is used or the user dies.

Info:
Having high vit is important for the Regen build or else you will have a small total health pool to regenerate. 15 int is the minimum required to cast second chance with no assist from rings or other buffs. 25 end is enough to fast roll with the hammer, shield and armor however you will have to quick swap between the hammer and talisman to cast second chance. There is nothing special about stopping at 28 fth but I wouldn't recommend leveling past 40 as any increase in damage starts to become negligible. A fun way to accent the build is by only using grass jelly as a healing item, it grants 30 seconds of 5 HP regen and can be bought from the filthy woman at the swamp.
