I feel helpless, can’t run, walk or even crawl

I wish I could turn back time or shout out loud

I felt left, abandoned and alone in the sea
I actually promised I’d talk to you that day
I wanted something to happen and had lots to say
But I was unlucky to have been late
Everything was over and love became hate
My mind was convinced this is right
But my heart tells me I could’ve seen the light
You are so not my type and not what was expected
But your heart, soul and personality to me has affected
When you’re away I want you so badly
But when you’re near I’d accept you hardly
