Designer Biography: John Galliano

When John Galliano graduated from Central St Martins he was a shy young designer with a quiet confidence who was already showing signs of future acclaim. Soon after being hired in 1996 to helm the house of Givenchy, he became the celebrated creative director at Christian Dior. Sadly, his time at Dior came to a sudden & ugly end in 2011. Where Galliano will end up is still undecided but news of his behind the scenes stint at Oscar de la Renta in 2013, offered a glimmer of hope of his return.
