DESALCOTT SHUTS DOWN, LESS WATER FOR SOUTH

Effective midnight, Desalcott will shut down its plant... which means from tomorrow, people in south Trinidad will be put on temporary water schedules. However, WASA says it has implemented measures to mitigate against inconvenience. Rynessa Cutting reports.
