Description

Death,
named Miss Understood
Married Life,
in the Coffin's rosewood.

The Killer in me,
Speaks with a stylish voice
While the Saint,
Remains silent, & poised.

Life's invariable choice?
Will I self-destruct
Into a momentary masterpiece?
Or live in never-lasting peace..

The face of the Earth,
Wears a frown.
Our mother mourns in silence,
We've been crowned to drown

In a shallow Sea,
Bury her with me..
Entwined heartbeat's
A ceremony underground.

Above the rain,
Under the flame?
No different..
We all bleed the same.

Lovely last caress,
Panic.. under calm breath.
Sweet Death..unravel pain.
Remember my name.

While the reaper; slowly..
Strums his scythe
Were living to fly,
& dying to fight.

Clipped my wings down,
May I take flight?
Silence blends sound
Orchestrated night.

I keep etching..tick marks
In my cage.
Memories of past,
Engraved in this maze

I may not have bled,
It's stained in my head.
Chisel'd in,
'Til the grave.

Still scratching away
At my sarcauphagus,
As the pit in my heart,
Grows bottomless.

Pain became cold,
Stained on the soul.
A bloody mess,
Eyes remain oblivious.

Voices without tone,
I roam South, alone.
The Graveyard,
Feels right at home.
