Demi Lovato performed a special concert for an episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition this weekend on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! stage. Demi performed in honor of the Walker family whose son committed suicide after years of being bullied by his peers in 2009.

Demi was joined by, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian who urged the crowd to put an end to bullying.
