Description

Put together this awesome circuit shoulder workout that Candice did before she took off for the USA's. Follow along if your trying to get boulder shoulders. She did the entire circuit with no rest in between exercises. Repeat 4 times in this order. Side laterals/front raises/bent over raises/shoulder press (15 reps each).
