Delicious Yoghurt (Curd) Rice

Description
3 cups boiled rice
2 1/2 cups yoghurt (curd)
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1-2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1tsp cumin seeds
6-8 curry leaves
A pinch of asafetida
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Mix the boiled rice with yoghurt and milk in a bowl.
Add salt, grated ginger and cilantro and mix well.
Heat the ghee. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, asafetida and ginger and mix well.
Now add the yoghurt rice into the pan and mix well.
