Dehradun: Flood disrupts normal life

Uttarakhand parts have been affected badly by floods. Monsoon-led heavy rains have wreaked havoc in Uttarakhand as eleven people have been reported killed in rain-related incidents in the capital city of Dehradun till now. Torrential rain has also led to landslides in the city and nearby areas, posing threats to people, homes and even vehicles on roads. Commuters drive through the huge rush of water.
