Why does the willow weep so gently
As the wind whisper?s secrets through the trees
Dripp?ing? down from falling leaves
A beautifu?l? canopy, singing in the breeze
Catch?ing? echoes from the past with ease.

Marve?ling? at each word, each pitch in song
The wind conducts as though it belongs
Grace? fully? bending its weary head
Looki?ng? out over the waters shed
Drink?ing? in its shimmering beauty.

Weep no more sad willow
For your song should release your sorrow
Look to the next verse from within
For this will be soon, and on the morrow
Tears once more appear to begin.

Weep no more sadness
Weep no more tears
Weep no more hurt
For it will slowly disappear as it begun
With the songs that will always be sung.

Throu?gh? graceful?ly? dancing branches
Your soul will slowly lift again
At the end of your romances pain
Rain d?rops? pleading from the skies
Sapph?ire? pools with tortured waves surprise.

Sunli?ght? touches your fingerti?ps?
And moonl?ight? kisses your rosey lips
The weeping willow weeps for us all
Seepi?ng? sorrow, in nature's call
Seeking solace with melencholy gall

Weeping willow standing majestically tall
Bending your head you slump and fall
Reluctantly brushing the ground crying
As the day is upwardly prying
Peacefully, you weep, without even trying.
