1am a few weeks ago-

I was up talking to you
Not wanting to sleep
Because at last reality was better then my dreams
We laughed
We said I love you
We never hung up
That was our thing
You fell asleep first
I stayed up listening to you breathe
And telling you secrets it was afraid to share
I was physically alone but I wasn't lonely

1am now-

I'm alone
No laughter or I love yous
No one to keep my secrets
I lie here awake
Thinking what I did wrong
But you
You are probably on the phone with her
Sharing secrets and laughter
You have her now
And once again I'm ALONE
