Decision on Mkhize welcomed

President Cyril Ramaphosa has done the right thing by placing the health minister on special leave. That's the view of Maverick Citizen Editor, Mark Heywood. There have been growing calls for Mkhize to resign amid the controversial multi-million contract awarded to Digital Vibes.
