Deci Hernandez - Blasted by Desert Wind

Though i be blasted by desert winds
Even the desert winds that carry sand
And the desert winds that carry ice

i shall not sin
Falling short of paradise

Though i sit silent
With thoughts of sick's violence
Wondering what can i plunder
And in what fashion can i
Be drunken under

i shall not sin
i shall not want and wonder

Though i be the fly knowing
i have but a short life
Crazed and maniacal
Knowing i can get away
And no one may know which way
I came and which way i go

i shall not sin
i shall not eat which is not for me
And grin

Though i said i shall not
i have

In fact my sins
Are more than can be
Described on a page

How is it that i can be saved?

My sins and all my sins
Shall be carried to a grave
By The One who has been
Blasted by wind
Cursed at and tempted again
Bullied and scourged by his
Friends

But of all these things
Even more than more He has put
The name of the Lord
In His heart and has known
No sin

And by him all life anew
All life is given a new
Fresh start
