Debora Soramaki - England Bound
3 Views • Jun 13, 2014
Description
England was our destination.
Looking out the airplane window
Came to be a fascination.
Ireland with its luscious green
And then we hit the London fog,
But all seemed calm and quite serene,
Knowing soon we'll see our friends.
Alina and Mark were there to greet us,
What happiness there came to be.
We only had two weeks to visit
And so many places yet to see.
We visited Stonehenge and Windsor Castle,
Saw the Rothchild Mansion from a distance.
Driving to Yorkshire was quite a hassle
But plenty of Tea Gardens to stop and rest.
Fish n chips down by the sea
And a museum, I forgot to mention,
Drinking warm beer and plenty of tea,
One day we attended a large convention.
Mark drove us back to Heathrow airport,
California was our destination.
Looking out the airplane window
Came to be a fascination.
