Tossing, turning, clock watching
Quietly up pacing ~ racing
Pillow off to couch

Rising upward as if skipping
Each skip - soul travels
Travels higher

So high it peeks down
Witnessing itself
Separating from body

Rising a stilled comma
Spirit shaped peeling
Away from body

Traveling upward
Fear sinks higher
Now too high

Consciousness now aware
Legs, arms and head
No longer felt

All unable to reintegrate
Voice screams
Terrors woes

Body grabs soul
Descends back into black
From ethereal stealing mist

Earth shattering
Screams of the night
Melt all back as one

Gracious Hugs
Ground traveling soul
Securely anchoring it love
