Debate: Prez race - Mamata-Sonia split clear-Part -1/6
Description
The Mamata Banerjee and Mulayam Singh Yadav combine gave UPA a lot to worry over the past two days but sources are now telling TIMES NOW that the SP Chief has agreed to back Congress candidate for president and that he is unlikely to topple the UPA. Meanwhile SP has declared that it was against any attempt to destabilise the government when the country was facing a serious financial crisis. "At this stage, when the country is facing a serious financial crisis, making any attempt to destabilise the government and creating political instability will be hurtful to the nation," SP Vice President Mohan Singh told PTI.
