Dease Pool - Ray Smith Interview

For 104 years Dease Pool has been the focal point of fun for youth in the McKellar ward neighbourhood. At the first meeting of the new city council in Thunder Bay ​the decision was made to close the pool. Ray Smith has been fighting to save the pool since 1978. Here is a bit of the story
