I want the pain to fade
I want my death to reverse
I want my dreams to be beautiful again
I want to live...

I'm holding my head in my hands
wanting to scream out my nightmares
purge the demons that possess me
Pull off my disgraced flesh and clean the ashes from my soul...

I want to sleep in peace
I want to breath with ease
I want to see light in my eyes
I want to be happy again
I want to be free...

Silence I beg of you, please come to me
bring your sweet relief without Misery's poison
wrap your merciful arms around my weakened form
pull me into unconsciousness until I heal.
