Leads you generate with video are way better because they are personalized. When you just buy a list of leads they don't know you or what they even signed up for half the time. If you are afraid to get in front of the camera the best advice I can give you is just do it! Turn you camera on and just let it flow. Successful people feel the fear but do it anyway. Do you want to be successful? The more you do videos the easier they will become but you have to get started and take that first step.

Creating just any video is not going to help you much at all. You must be helping your audience solve a problem with your videos. Creating random videos is not going to get you the success you are looking for it's intentionally posting on a purpose and having an end goal for your content.
