this is a short video on how to get the mobile locker the way to get this is you first have to reach rank 50 that is the highest level on the game once you hit that max out your player click everything once you do that you go to where it shows the combo cars and you will see it says mobile locker and the way to build it is get two vans and put them near each other and then hold the button to make a combo car and you will have the mobile locker.

the car is very good because when your driving around you or your friend can choose what guns they want while driving you don't need to go to a safe house and get weapons its really easy to do If you want to get the massive bomb you have to complete the campaign to get it and the call of duty suit you find that where the army check points are.
